rooms are spacious but not well maintained. washroom has no bath cubicle or shower curtain making entire washroom wet and slippery. we had to ask for bath mats and hand towels. breakfast was simply bad in taste as well as spread. very uncooperative receptionist lady on 24th morning. overall, very highly priced property for the kind of amenities and services.

Good Stay
Very good hotel for all solo, Family, Business type of stay. Location is good Room size is also good Hygiene and Cleanliness is perfect. Staff is very Cooperative . Complimentary Breakfast having 3 - 4 items with fruit option also. Will definitely choose to stay once again

good location.. decent restaurant
had stayed here for few hours as we were visiting family and had a flight back in evening. the rooms are spacious but surely need better maintenance. the manager when we arrived early morning was very rigid. I was traveling with my in laws and had requested an early check-in and wanted to utilise our next day breakfast on our arrival day . I felt like the way he was talking he was doing me a favour. I am a MMT Black platinum member. I was expecting a better experience while checking in . people lack empathy. the restaurant was good and the evening ambience was really nice. they can surely do better

Average stay experience
Location is good. Food was average and service is also average. Water bottle is too expensive. Also was changed approx 80 rupees for 10 Rs biscuit.

Location is okay except a slum area located across the road.Of course,no disturbance witnessed or seen Food was excellent Facilities were basic and the room lock was manual Staff behaviour was satisfactory

Terrible Stay
Horrible experience in the hotel with shower gel provided smelled exactly like garbage water. Breakfast always starts late, did not get coffee while waiting for 15 mins during breakfast. No one to address or atleast acknowledge the issues with the hotel. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. This Kind of hotels should be delisted from MMT

I bookedSuperior room which is top class in hotel but it was stinging may be due to previous guest smocking..but hotel Management can take care of this issue..electronic key fascility was there but hotel provided normal key ..sugar free sachet was not kept in Room as well as in restaurant area..House keeping person didn't came to solve Television issue..Positive point hotel is over all neat n clean food was good..Reception desk was very polite and co-operative..Hot water was not there to Tab..property location is excellent..Break fast was good..South Indian food like dosa idli wada was not there..when current supply disrupted I was inside lift and literally lift gave a terrible jerk and took time of 5 min to automatically land us at nearest floor..

Nice stay, clean rooms, helpful and kind staff. Breakfast quality was good. Enjoyed 2 days stay. Rooms are specious. Awesome stay for 2 days for business trip. Breakfast quality was good but food varieties can be improved. Location was good on main road with easy connectivity. But difficult to get ola or uber cab on time.

The stay was awesome. I booked superior room for 3N 4D. Breakfast option is limited. Location is very close to Airport. People can explore many Cafe nearby. Overall a good stay!!
