The bed is very hard in this hotel and also it is old hotel, not at all satisfied with the stay it needed a upgrade for the beds as the mattress was very hard

Great & Reasonably priced Food, Good Stay option for short trip

Very Good stay at reasonable price, property seems a bit older and needs skme renovation but overall goos for shoet stay. Breakfast was awesome. Lunch and Dinner was also very good. Nice food quality at reasonable price again.

overpriced and below average

Location is okay if you come in train. But basic things like bed sheets, bathroom cleanliness, room curtains are very dusty and smelly. We booked queen size bed room but they provided initially two single bed room which was not cleaned and given to us. When we asked they changed the room and new room was given which was also not that clean hair of previous customers were on floor and no door mats on floor and here also bathroom was not clean. Breakfast was fine but even restaurant seats were busty. I won’t recommend this property to anyone. Customer care number of this hotel is poor and unreachable. Service staff of hotel is okay.

Terrible Stay

I had to change 4 rooms. All of them were cockroach infested. Beds were pathetic. Room service was terrible. Entire hotel's infrastructure is dated and spoilt. Furniture chipped off. Rooms and corridors smelled awful. Nothing went right. ACs were completely outdated. No fans. No facilities. Washrooms were complete disaster. Customer supplies were not provided.

Hygiene issue bedsheet and pillows are dirty and very old,bathroom bucket was so dirty,white bucket get black and the white partition curtain of bathroom dirty..and in bathroom you get dirty black water , i think they didnt clean the tunky🙄

Concept of naming the hotel was excellent. They hospitality was nice. Attended and solved small queries instantly. Extended our stay for 1hr when requested. Fresh food delivered when requested Don’t know why, there was stinky smell at corridors(may b bec poor ventilation) Total experience was good

location is good due to nearby Secunderabad railway station . rooms are spacious but as being first visit I feel that person seated at reception need to be more supportive and calm in nature as myself reached late night the staff has to be more proactive.
