Poor Stay
The room was satisfactory, but the towels appeared old and unhygienic. The customer service was quite disappointing — several hours after I checked out, the staff called me of damaging a tea cup or similar item. I am certain this was not caused by me, yet the call felt unprofessional . When I firmly denied the claim and asked for clarification, they ended the call. Overall, a very unpleasant experience with the staff’s attitude and handling of the situation.

Good Stay and Friendly Staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Including breakfast make this a perfect stay for the price

After 9 pm...there is no service at all... everyone sleeps along with the security guard in the launge

there was complimentary breakfast which we did not try. while booking deluxe with living area was shown and in reality there is no such thing. there were stains on the bedsheets. apart from that else all was kind off okay

room was fine at this price range. But the towels and bedsheet provided shall be better. It looks like these are used many years and feels weird while using it.

familyRooms are really nice for the price. Complementary bf option available. but restaurant doesn't have Lunch dinner option. Ola Uber doesn't work well here so have to find cabs by self. hotel rooms are spacious, Washroom was clean. don't expect any view from Window as it's within the city market. it was a good stay

Good Stay
Room was better spacious and clean. Breakfast menu was not much, but taste was good. Receptionist were responsive & helpful.

Overall good! the staffs were so nice and attentive, especially the food serving boy. And the food was not bad. They could've been better by providing some more amenities like a working tv, a pair of bathroom chapels(dental or shaving kits were also not provided but it's okay.

Ambience was good. Little communication problems with the receptionist due to english inconvenience. Breakfast was good. Supportive staff. . Cons : spring bed metresses does allow us to have good sleep. With ever sleeping movement it gonna ruin your partner's sleep as well
