Very well maintained and awesome property near to mall road and hospitality was awesome by staff specially gugu rajput. Food was very delicious and fresh, i tried indian and chinese food both were very good. I would love to come again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel has very well maintained rooms and other facilities. Rooms with balcony have a very nice view. It's at a 5 mins walk from the mall road. The lanes are narrow, but a car can fit nonetheless

It was an excellent stay and really love the hospitality of hotel team. Rooms are very specious overlooking the beautiful lush green mountains. Kudos to hotel team for making my stay so amazing and definitely i would love to visit again.

Location is 10 minutes walk from mall road. Only those who are pro in driving in narrow lanes can park their vehicle. Average service and poor breakfast. Dinner on paid system is good.

Staffs should be customer friendly, not so rude.

First thing the hotel name sign board doesn’t suggest treebo trysta. Local people don’t know the name treebo trysta hotel. Do it was very difficult to locate the hotel. Location is quite interior, connecting road was very narrow to enter our innova car. The staff who was present at reception during our check in was very rude to us. He doesn’t know the proper manner to talk to guests/customers. They don’t provide basic facilities like water bottles even on first day also. When i ordered dinner at 10. 20 pm they rudely denied that their kitchen is closed at 10 pm. They even did not ask for any help at that time. Very embarrassing to stay there with family and children with so customer unfriendly staff, specially reception staff. But good thing is rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious bathrooms with hot water available always. Infrastructure is very good

There is no hot water supply in the washroom which is the worst in negative temperature like -5 degree, except the receptionist/manager all the staff was very helpful. Location is decent but in street so you might face some challenges while booking taxi/auto. Room was clean though.

The manager is very arrogant. Food quality is very bad. No parking for vehicles. Reaching to hotel is the biggest issue.
