Poor Stay
worst experience I and my mates have experienced.. room was not clean bedsheets old kind of no fresh towel no intercom bathroom was not cleaned no toiletries kits was there exust fan was not working labour shortage is there no. given in front desk was not operations. even wifi was not working

The location was good but no parking facility,no food available,room Air conditioning was not working,bedsit and pillow cover was not clean,

Poor Stay
Property location is ok, AC in room but no fan was there, early morning they switched off AC button so no ventilation, restaurant service is also poor, while complimentary breakfast no sufficient eatables are provided, for tea and coffee you have to go other counter.

stay was good at Punarvana. Clean room and bathroom, Bed linen is good. Hot water is coming all the time.

Room service is very average
Though room ambience is fine. Fan not working. And breakfast complimentary is horrible. Would recommend some hoestay for chikmangalur or other treebo not this. Car parking is not available. Ideally u should park on road.

Poor hotel
I would highly request not to book this hotel. i was just frustrated with the kind of things i faced. Following are the issues i had to face during my stay. 1) after reaching to the hotel reception, i found that there is no one. Waited for 5 mins, no once came. Even after shouting couple of times, "koi hai kya, no one was there. Finally after 10-15 minutes a lady came. Next day morning 8 am i went there and this time also no one was there. I don't know how they are handling the service in the hotel, considering it was on a weekday. 2) after my arrival, i found out that the elevator was not operational that time. We had to take the stairs with an infant. 3) in the first 30 mins, there were 4 power cuts, sometimes it lasted for more than 5 mins. When i wanted to communicate this, i couldn't find someone. Power cuts also happened on the next day. 4) the parking they provide for the vehicle was in a swamp and is filled with big rats according to my driver. 5) i came to know from the driver that typically for all the hotels, they provide bathing & sleeping facilities to the driver. But here, there is none.

Stay was good!
While my stay at treebo featured spacious rooms and good service, i believe the parking area could benefit from improvement, providing a more seamless experience for guests with vehicles. Overall, the stay was good and would recommend to friends.

Not a great choice
familyWe went for a family trip. We do not recommend this hotel for a family. Food was very terrible. They will not provide complimentary breakfast in their place you will be give a slip and you have to go to nearby hotel pavithra where the food was very very worst. So we recommend not to book your rooms with food. Room was spacious but they don’t provide towel, soap or brush. Not worthy for this cost.

Pros: ring road, dual caught in a single room. Cons: spring bed, bad service, parking avg, phone not working to connect with reception.

Average Stay
A little expensive for what they offer. Room's spacious enough. Furnitures had a little bit dust settled on them. Blanket was dirty. Bedspread was ok ok. They should have changed the pillow covers. In two days of my stay they didn't clean the room or bathroom.
