Our recent stay at [Hotel Name] was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Average Stay
The room boy was not there and the room was not cleaned till my check out. The food quality is average with only two menus.

Feedback for stay.
Room was good. Can have a study table for doing work. Elevator in the ground floor provides excellent connectivity across all floors.

Excellent Stay
Very decent stay when compared to tariff. Great location and very good connectivity. However breakfast needs improvement.

Need to work more on Cockroaches issues
Lots of cockroaches, best to carry your personal hit for cockroaches with you. Room is ok, location is best. But cockroaches is main and major issue and worst part is they are not doing anything about it. I stayed 2 times in last 6 months but situation is same.

Terrible Stay
Room which was alloted was not clean, infact small insects and cocroaches were roaming around. Bathroom seemed to be dirty. overall unhygen8c and not liveable. later on after complaining multiple times also they were not able to shift to another room. With intervention from Makemytrip and Treeboo they changed late second day only

rude behaviour
Hotel staff are very rude still they don’t have any idea how to behave with customer . Room was not clean proper and bed smell inside room

Decent Place to Stay
I stayed in delux room, it was spacious- but lacks basic things like hand wash, body wash. No laundry available as mentioned. Breakfast is average. Lots of food outlets nearby, so location wise it’s good. Better than other places in the area. But they be can do definitely do better. With the Treebo name attached I had higher hopes.

"My recent stay at The Treebo Raghavendra Tranquil Innwas exceptional! The location is prime, in the heart of the city, but surprisingly quiet. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The only minor suggestion would be to ensure that the Wi-Fi connection remains stable throughout the hotel, as I experienced occasional interruptions in my room. Overall, i will highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious Rooms, Helpful Staff – A Pleasant Experience Overall
I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Tranquil Inn. The management was consistently approachable, and the hotel staff, especially the manager, were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Maina Burgagohain, the hotel manager, and his staff for being exceptionally friendly, responsive, and supportive throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet satisfying, offering a good variety each morning. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, featuring amenities such as an in-room wash basin, mini fridge, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a good-quality TV. Decent Wi-Fi connectivity was also available, which added to the overall convenience. The staff was quite flexible in accommodating our requests, making the experience even smoother. One area that could use some improvement is cleanliness — while the room was generally clean, a fresher feel would have been appreciated. The towels provided could have been newer and cleaner, and a few bathroom fixtures, particularly the exhaust fan, required maintenance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I appreciate the hospitality extended by the entire team.

Rooms are too small, and no entertainment is given even T V also, the room is not cleaned when i checkout and most of the times no person in reception

Poor Stay
Compared to the previous stay, the sheets were SO dirty! 😫 Even after multiple requests, the staff wouldn't replace them; our bathroom also needed some serious cleaning. 🧼 Overall, the room was in seriously poor condition. #HotelStay #Disappointment #TravelProblems #Cleanliness #RoomService
