Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in europe.

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While i did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. The in-house restaurant served gourmet dishes that exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed a delightful room service meal one evening, which arrived promptly and was delicious.
