Terrible Stay
Hotel maintainence is very bad. Complimentary breakfast provided however not upto the mark. Hotel is at a location where there are no street lights at night. Rooms are small and not comfortable.

Avoid Treebo
We asked the receptionist to not to enter and clean deliberately, but they entered without our permission. We asked for towel they said towel is out and they were very rude.

The location of Treebo Rushi Grand is very good, close to main areas and convenient for travel. Staff is polite and service is decent. However, the washrooms really need attention. Bathrooms are not well-maintained —insects are entering the bathroom, which makes the stay uncomfortable. With better maintenance and pest control, the experience would be much improved.

Poor Stay
No kitchen and dining attached to the hotel. Room service is poor. Hotel is under renovation and housekeeping is very poor. Complimentary toiletries are promised, however handwash and body wash are provided. Laundry of bed sheets are poor. Guests are to be properly informed to have comfortable stay. Location is good for the guests of beach function halls. Overall the experience is average for the price they are charging.

Peaceful Stay Near Rushikonda Beach with Scenic Views | No Beach View
I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the hills, making the stay quite peaceful. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s very close to Rushikonda Beach. Just across the road from the hotel, there’s a fine-dining restaurant inside another resort that is accessible to non-guests as well. Additionally, there are some great tiffin centers within walking distance. The staff and hotel authorities were very polite and helpful throughout the stay, which added to the comfort. However, I recommend checking all amenities in the room upon check-in. I faced a minor issue with the exhaust fan in the washroom not working, but apart from that, everything else was in good condition. I rented a bike to travel from Visakhapatnam railway station to the hotel, which is about 20 km away. I traveled at around 11 PM, and the road was safe even at that time, which was reassuring. While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, they have a tie-up with a nearby one, and food delivery takes about 30 minutes. The food tasted good and was reasonably priced. Overall, it was a nice and satisfying stay, especially considering the cleanliness, location, and service.

The stuffs are very helpful. They do their job instantly . Very clean . Ambience is good . They serve only breakfast but they provide you dish , if you ordered food from outside . They let the delivery boy entered the hotel and serve you food at the room . They allow customer for late check out .

property location is good. services are also good. No restaurant available in hotel. biggest issue is car parking. if you are coming with car then u need to think for parking as they have limited that too open and outdoor parking available. see view rooms are also limited . if you are booking then 4th and 5th floor can be opted during checkin preferably. Treebo need to check closely in the hotel, whether customer are getting the things they are expecting as shown at the time of booking or not. anyways nice...
