Unsafe and Bad
The rooms are clean and the location is very good but then they don’t have good staff. They bring your food without covering it. Knock on your doors knowing you getting ready just because they want to clean the room. Moreover they allow outsiders to visit the rooms. Few unknown people were continuously knocking at my door at night in spite of me asking who’s there repeatedly. . The other day there was no hot water in shower. No water in toilet. Took ages to give iron. Overall very bad experience

Good Stay
New property, so everything is in good condition. As per the price, rooms are good enough. Breakfast needs some improvement. They served stale idlis and they were also smelling. 2-3options were there. Didn’t eat breakfast there so no idea about food taste.

Average Stay
Facilities were not up to date : 1) The AC in my room was not OK (very low cooling), I complained on day 1 - but it continued on the 2nd day also. Was not Checked. 2) Geyser in my bathroom was not up to date, 2nd day i bathed in cold water. 3) Food was good. Thankyou.

economical stay in the core city

descent budget stay
A good stay on budget which offers decent breakfast and a comfortable stay. A good deal if you want to visit the city for work or even leisure. Location spot on!

Customer service is horrible .
Being a regular customer here. Rooms are okay for this rate however the hospitality is shit . The lady receptionist is nothing but hospitable . Ive had terrible experience everytime she’s there . The way she handles the experience of the guest is at its absolute worst . Im amazed . Everytime i ask her for dental kit she denies saying the hotel doesn’t provide . Just yesterday , I asked for the same to a man at the reception , he immediately sent it . Now tell me how am i suppose to comprehend this . I booked my stay for two nights and the app says i can extend my stay for 2 hours max . I asked the lady receptionist to give me some time for the checkout which was 11:00 AM as she had called at the hotel checkout time . She said no . It made me feel like i was being kicked out . Another thing , hot water supply doesn’t come until and unless a request has not been made to the reception

Dingy, shady place, no phone network, WiFi is non existent. Staff are in their own world. Only redeeming feature is food.

Poor Stay
The deluxe room we booked for three people had a mouse problem. At night, they changed our room to a normal room, which was cramped. We only slept for three hours. We also had problems with the air conditioning; even at 19°, it wasn't cool. It was a terrible stay.

Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay at the property. Great location close to all amenities. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. They attended all our requests promptly. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book in this area.
