Worst Hotel I Ever Tried In Kolhapur They Don't Care About Traveler The Hot Water Off Time Is 10Am But They Closed Hot Water On 8Am & Breakfast Is Terrible Only Upma, Onion Poha Without Any Taste No Room Boys For Laugge Pickup Or Car Wash If We Are Paying For Them They Switch Off Ac From There Side I Will Not Suggest Any One To Book This Hotel My Experience Is Worst In This Hotel.

Excellent Stay
The property truly stands out for its balance of comfort, convenience, and service. The location is very convenient — close to Venus circle yet tucked away from the noise, making it ideal for both quick access and peaceful rest. The rooms and facilities are thoughtfully maintained: clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to hygiene and the prompt housekeeping service. I did not avail breakfast however 5min walk from one of the best restaurant Gokul(guided by staff). Above all, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. They were warm, courteous, and proactive in ensuring a pleasant experience right from check-in to check-out. Overall, Treebo Shree Sai Suites exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers visiting Kolhapur.

Terrible Stay
The room and services provided were highly unsatisfactory and did not match the standards or amenities promised at the time of booking. Issues faced during the stay: No staff available for service No geyser facility (I was unwell and had to take a cold-water bath) No intercom in the room AC was not working for almost 5 hours Room was infested with cockroaches Despite raising a complaint with both the hotel reception and through the MakeMyTrip app, no resolution or support was provided This experience has caused me extreme inconvenience and discomfort. I kindly request you to process a full refund for this booking immediately. Please also take strict action against the property to prevent future guests from facing similar issue

Excellent Stay
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout. One of the key advantages is its convenient location—just a 7–8 minute walk from the railway station. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, providing good comfort for the price. Although the hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, they do offer complimentary breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you can easily order through Zomato or Swiggy. A small point to note: hot water is available only between 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this place for a short and budget-friendly stay in Kolhapur.

Average Stay
No running hot water for 24 hours. It's only in the morn time. Tea served by room service in flask tea gets cold by the time it reaches the room. Toiletries big bottles of hand wash and body wash are provided. No wonder it remains there for all the guest. Unhygienic way to provide toiletries.

I stayed at Hotel Shree Sai in Kolhapur for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, close to the main city attractions and easily accessible. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Amenities like hot water, Wi-Fi, and room service were available and worked well. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The food served was delicious, especially the local Maharashtrian dishes. Hygiene was maintained properly throughout the property. Poor Stay
location was good, food was not available as they didn't had reasturant in their permises, due to which we had to go outside the hotel for bed tea. Amenities was basic only bath sampoo and towel nothing else, say brush, paste, comb, showercap etc. service was also ok, had to remind them for even keeping water in the room. suggest if they keep a hot water jar with tea, coffee pakts for bed tea. For food they can have a tie up with nearby restaurant ( as we use to order food from there via zomatoo) so they can just have a understanding with the restaurant and can take order from customers and deliver them. This was they can even earn percentage of revenue. Toilet basics to be provided.

Disappointing Experience Rating: 2/5 The room was clean, and the amenities were not as promised. The staff seemed unresponsive to our issues. For the price, I expected much better. Excellent, hotel serves free tea coffee break fast at morning, cable TV channels available , pleasant cleaning and washroom facility,one small soap is to be given by hotelier for customers as it may cost 5Rs. only but it will give instant solution to fast traveller's, providing handwash shampoo cum body wash , towels also. Located at central place very good communication at Reception/enquiry Lift facility available ,air conditioner is is working ,linen found clean. overall excellent experience.
