Pleasant stay at treebo ambar resorts which seemed to be new. The hospitality staff attended to us cordially making our short stay comfortable n memorable. The breakfast food at the adjacent restaurant was really good, which is also serving for common public. Overall a good stay.

Not at all value

Not value for money. Although it shows up as a resort, the services seem less than ideal even from a hotel's point. The amount charged does not come close to the services they provide. Here are the problems i had during my stay in this *resort: 1. Pretty understaffed. The receptionist, the staff are all the same person. And almost all the time, the reception was empty. Whenever we called the reception, there was no one to pick up the call. We had to search for them in the premises. 2. For the time we stayed, the power wasn't up for the most part and we had to contact the person in the reception everytime. Although, the power backup should be up automatically in the event of power cut. 3. The wifi wasn't working at all. Was not even connecting to the television. We had to use our own mobile hotspot to power that. And finding network required walking around a bit to find the sweet spot. 4. The food in the restaurant also wasn't upto the mark and closed early with range of options being less than the expectations. The food also made our stomach feel upset suggestions for improvement: 1. Get staffs with a really good experience who knows ins and outs of managing a resort (or at-least even a hotel) 2. Try to focus on small things that impact the customers like timely picking up of calls via intercom, greeting customers with flowers and many others (like other average or premium hotels would do) 3. Get a proper receptionist who can stay in the reception so that the customers don't have to hunt them around the hotel for even small things 4. Consider understanding issues from customer's perspective and prioritize their issues instead of just leaving it as is 5. Don't close the restaurant so early and keep the options open as it's not a "hostel" and the customers have paid hefty amount 6. Consider installing exhaust fans in bathrooms 7. Properly light up the gallery and places where the customers go by when at-least when it is dark the resort is not even complete as of this review but still a hefty charge has been taken from us with a worst in class service provided which is just disappointing. It's better to complete building the resort along with proper allocation of staffs with training before you even accept customers. This is just a suggestion for improvement. Kindly consider it as the same.

Poor Stay

Checked in at 2100hrs informed them about early checkout next day. -no meals in the hotel -went out to get dinner 2200hrs came back the hotel gate was closed kept on blowing horn at main gate for 20 min because guard told me if the gate is closed just blow horn we will open after 20 min gate was opened. Went to my room checked wifi no password was given at the time of checkin, so called up the reception no one picked up after several rings - checked physically no one was present at the hotel reception. Needed wifi coz network in this area was not that fast. Next morning got ready by 0720. Went to have breakfast as the timings were from 0730 - 1030. No one at reception, called up mm t explained my problem to the executive. He said wait for 15 min. Waited for 15min after that checked out while checking out a guy comes at 0800 hrs says we will bring breakfast from outside- asked me to wait. I said no need thanx and went out of hotel

Bottled water is chargable, rooms are not clean, ants all over, they don’t even care to clean, pathetic breakfast

I’m visiting this hotel around 12am due to rain but no one can open the gate there i’m waiting and horn my bike around 20 minutes but no one can respond as very worst experience i have ever. And there is no contact information in the hotel very worst experience please no one go there.

One of the worst experience in the hotel. No cleanliness, unprofessional staff. Power issues. So not advisable for take a stay in future in this hotel
