Service was good. Inside room space & hygiene was better than other treebo properties. Only thing was hotel entrance wasn’t comfortable if family wants to enter with female members. And hotel charged extra room rent even for one /two hours late checkout due unavoidable circumstances

Room has some issues or the other, pillows are mossy, miserly with teabags, coffee sachets, staff questions back everything you request - like spoon, tissue, hygiene sense very low among the staff. Only thing good is the location and proximity to the airport.

1. the toiletries was not available/ not good. 2. ⁠the breakfast items was very limited, tea , breads etc was not good and we were asked the quantity (no. of idlies , no. of breads required etc.) beforehand . the drinking water was not served with breakfast. 3. ⁠the bed sheet in the room was not clean as it was used from reverse side. as we were there only for around 12 hours, we managed .

For our one night stay at this hotel, we are greeted with only one thing among all the times listed on the wall as treebo amenities - a soiled towel! we had to request to get fresh towels, kettle, toilet tissue. Pillows were infested with fungus. Breakfast was very basic. Again there is promise of eggs, cereals etc written on the wall, none were provided. This is not expected of a hotel that charged 4k plus for a night of stay! poorly managed property, stay somewhere else for half the price and you can get similar service. There is noise from train and plane close by, which is not the property's fault, but they could make things better with proper service for the price charged.

dear team, i would rate my experience as 2 (bad). while the power and ac were functioning well, and the service staff were good, there were a few issues during my stay: • the bathroom was not properly cleaned. • hot water was not available consistently throughout the day. • i had to request a dental kit, which was delivered only after asking. • the pillow covers were not clean. i hope these issues can be addressed for future guests. thank you, muhammad nadeem. thank you

Rooms not clean, dirty linen, tv doesn’t work, dirty linen, no hot water, bad smell when you switch off the a/c, not recommended for the cost. Definetly not worth the luxury stay as per mentioned.

Manager is rude. Forcing to check out before check out time. Acting like goons disturbing with door bells. My wife and infant baby got scared. Really scary stay. I totally rate 0.
