It was a very good experience and a comfortable stay with family and we don't find any issues. It's just opposite the railway station and the location is close to the beach and the botanical garden in a walkable distance. Room size also quite spacious the staffs are polite and helpful. Food is also good. Overall it's nice and recommended.

Easily found location which is just opposite to railway station. The receptionist is very courteous an d helpful. Guided for sight seeing and to book taxi, etc. Food is also tasty and had good breakfast.

Location was great. Just take exit from Puducherry railway station, cross the road and find this hotel. Food from the restaurant of this hotel was delicious. No issues with the amenities. Service was great. Staff behaviour was satisfactory.

I had a very pleasant stay, the room was super clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Services were superfast, food was great. Easy access, close to the beach and many prominent locations.
