Every time i used to book the same hotel but now i have booked a standard room which cost around 2000 but they have given the same 1300rs which every time i used to book they did not answer ac remote was not provided 1 water bottel was provided for 2 days every time i used to buy water total no of days i stayed food was pathetic price was to high no proper cleaning of washroom

Average Stay
This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The experience was average. Cleanliness was ok.Bathroom walls were stained, doesn't seem ti get cleaned. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive every day.Hot water takes a long time to start flowing.

No proper charging ports ac not working food quality was bad very limited options for food no hot water smelly rooms

Good option for a short stay.
Overall good stay. Pros: The hotel is close to Marathahalli, near outer ring road. Lots of options for restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Bus stop is walkable distance.The complimentary breakfast was also good. Cons: Internet went down on 2nd day of stay and wasn't fixed even two days later. Room cleaning is done late evening, although key was left at reception in morning itself.

The rooms are well maintained enough, I always stay here whenever I'm in Bangalore. Breakfast(complementary included) items are good with variations. The best part is the behaviour of the staff and their service and second best thing is the location.

Average Stay
The stay is decent whereas the location is chaotic. The free breakfast was good. Rooms were only cleaned superficially as the curtains in the room were very dusty. Didn’t use the air conditioner since it felt like the filter hadn’t been changed for ages.

Quite basic, needs focus on the amenities & cleanliness
Location - as central as it gets! the place is just about 1. 5 kms from marathahalli and the busy business hub. A 5 minute walk leads to the outer ring road food - the breakfast was basic. It had bread, some cereal and a couple of regional dishes. The area serving food could do with some care and maintenance, napkins, plates were strewn around the dining area amenities - while i understand the offering was a no-frills one, i see the maintenance & cleanliness of the room could be improved. I saw weird stains in the room, sticky stuff on restaurant menus & furniture possibly left by the previous residents. Some furniture had broken parts

businessGood staff though, including front desk Salil extremely helpful and prompt. but cleanliness is an issue, too many cockroaches inside the room. Proper sanitisation is required for all rooms. Location is pretty central easily accessible besides good eat outs, malls nearby as well. Ideal for commuters travelling to ORR

"inconsistent breakfast and hot water issues
During my stay, i encountered some issues with breakfast and hot water availability. The breakfast was inconsistent, often lacking variety and essential items, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hot water supply was unreliable, leading to uncomfortable experiences during morning showers. These issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay, as the room and location were satisfactory. The staff were friendly and responsive, but these key amenities need improvement to enhance the overall experience. If these issues are addressed, it could greatly improve the quality of the stay for future guests.
