The staff's exceptional hospitality truly made our stay memorable. While the property and rooms were well maintained, there's room for improvement in the quality of furniture, bedspreads, linen, and blankets. Nonetheless, the prompt room service adds to its superb value for the price. However, it was disappointing to have to submit my id proof three times, which reflects irresponsibility on the part of the staff.

Super rooms good staff, breakfast normal. The room was clean, quaint, and very cute. Bed and bedding was so comfortable we actually looked up the products. The location in the town is awesome, near local restaurants and shops. A real gem. We will stay here again.

The property's location is very near to mangalore central railway station and it is very easy to access. The receptionist is very supportive and room is very well maintained.

Rooms were well maintained, and housekeeping is carried out at regular intervals, even the bath & wash rooms are neat & and clean. Even though the ac cooling is superb, it's working fine. No room service is their as their is no in-house kitchen. I had requested a bottle of cold water & tea for a couple of times but was not entertained overall, i would like to rate it as a good experience. I would recommend this property to my friends & colleagues
