The place is well located with the market at walkable distance. The hotel staff were extremely warm, cordial and helpful. We had small issues which they solved promptly. It is a very good and clean property. I will book this place again on my next visit.

Stay at the qasr

I was travel-ling ernakulam for business purpose. I saw this hotel the qasr listed in mm t with sarovar portico sign so i chose it as it was in my budget. This turned out to be a good decision. The property is well maintained, located in the heart of city, easily approachable. I didn't have food at this place so can't comment about it.

This place is great and you get more than what you are paying for compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The manager and other staffs are very helpful and well mannered. Its just a 5 min walk from marine drive as well which is an added benefit if you are a tourist. Overall, i had an amazing stay.
