The room is average. Location also not so great. They offer room service. It is hygienic. Can stay if no other room is there

The room was good neat and clean. when it comes to service the man in the morning shift at reception is not good at all, when if complaint about a few services related issues he got angry and started talking in rude way and the same time along with his two friends he made fun of me.

good Stay
The stay was good, the bathrooms were clean, the food was just Ok and Basic services was good, The only things there were things which has to be there in room we had to call and ask for only then they use to send it, eg shaving kit, Tissue rolls etc....

Excellent Stay
The room are very Comfortable and mainten with hygeine. everything is present and well cleaned. service is also good. and the breakfast is also good. nice place to stay for family also.

Poor Stay
First time in my Hotel experience, I have been denied for fresh towels and fresh cup and glasses upfront. We were being told of short staff and talked rudely even when they didn't provided fresh glasses after telling them twice and that too in person. Bedsheets were improper and stained too. Complementary breakfast was just below ok. No tase amd no variety. No cut fruits were available.

Rude staff and broken toilets and shower
Food was good . Rooms were clean . BUT , THE STAFF IS ARROGANT. They dont have any manners about how to talk to customers. Also i got a smaller room than what was shown to me in pictures while booking. Room service is terrible and roon shower was broken . VERY UNSATISFIED I WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AGAIN TO ANY ONE

Terrible Stay
Very poor service, only one staff who looks like labour without uniform and very rude. I asked for water in room, but they didn't give a single bottle. Room was ok. Cockroaches in bathroom.

ok hotel for night stay. not great not bad
family with 1 kidClean rooms however full of mosquitoes the breakfast spread is just idli poha and bread butter. We asked for shower cap and all we got was the fine cloth cap used by cooks to ensure hair does not fall while cooking.
