Good hotel, good location, rooms are smaller than usual
Treebo Urban is conveniently located near the station and close to the zampa bazaar area. The hotel is good, breakfast was decent and staff was very helpful. Our stay was pleasant. Few things to note however which could be improved and few things I think can’t be improved. Firstly the lift is too small. 2 people can barely fit in there so if you have luggage you will need a couple of trips. It’s a small point but not sure how they can fix that. Secondly, rooms are quite tight. I specially if you book triple occupancy. There is hardly any space for luggage. Also a small cupboard would be nice to keep stuff if you are staying for longer since they don’t have a luggage stand as well. Lastly, I think water should be refilled daily. We had to ask for it everyday and staff was helpful. Overall hotel is good just a few minor points to remember before booking so that you are not in for a surprise.

Bad Experience
Experience was not good. We had booked room in treebo and arrived a little early but they shifted us to some other hotel due to room unavailablity

Excellent Stay
The hotel was very clean and 10 to 15 minutes is walking from Surat station and breakfast is also very good

AVOID THIS PROPERTY
Poor food quality and taste.. Hot water not coming in bathroom, equipments like phone set not working, bad hygiene..overall very poor experience.. better to avoid this property

Reception staff behavior not good as per hotel
Staff was not Mannerable. Not good behavior with customer. Hotel was good. food also good. Reception staff not educated and non professional.

Terrible Stay
The room was way too dirty including the utensils in the room, alongside the walls were old, foggy and smushed.

soloLocation is quite tough to find, hotel doesn't have there own restaurant break fast isbohk they provide good amenities and service

Terrible Stay
Bad experience of the hotel not recommended not god room, not getting mobile tower in both air-tel and jio not even sin-gal tower. Service is very bed.
