Disappointing Experience – Not as Described on MMT
I booked this hotel based on the information provided on MMT, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. No In-House Food or Bar Services: Contrary to the listing, there is no food service or bar available in the hotel. If you need meals, you’re forced to order from outside. Poor Washroom Conditions: The washroom was in a terrible state — unhygienic and practically unusable. Breakfast Information: Though breakfast is listed as complimentary, it is limited to just idli and dosa, with no beverages (not even tea or coffee) provided. Overall, the property is nowhere near what’s advertised. I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed seriously

Decent hotel for short stays
Location is good. Hotel is decent. Food was average. Bed was ok. Bathroom was ok. But not cleaning atleast twice a week. We have to request for that

Excellent Stay
well maintained n friendly staff that made our stay a memorable occasion. Though normally they serve the breakfast 8.30 am, on knowing we r checking out at 8.00 am, the concerned staff took special care to arrange the breakfast at 8.00 am itself which is very appreciable. wish the hotel will grow into new heights in their service. Review: Disappointing Stay Near Coimbatore Railway Station: This hotel is located very near the Coimbatore railway station, which was convenient for our late-night arrival. The receptionist was awake and efficiently confirmed our booking and allocated a room, which was a positive start. However, the property itself is quite old and appears poorly maintained. I was staying with my wife and 2-year-old son, and unfortunately, the room's cleanliness was a major concern. The quilt and bedsheets looked very dirty, old, and completely washed out and faded. While the washroom was relatively clean, it lacked a trashcan and no hot water in the morning. Furthermore, the room's intercom was broken and unusable. We also noticed a couple of cockroaches in the room, making it feel very unhygienic. The hotel's amenities were also severely lacking. There is no cafeteria on-site. Breakfast, which was served quite late around 9 AM, consisted of a pre-packaged meal brought in from a nearby restaurant, offering no variety. Guests have to go out even for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the morning. The television set was an outdated 90s model and only showed Tamil channels. The lift was small, accommodating only three people at a time, and was not even working in the morning. Overall, this hotel is not value for money. I would strongly recommend spending an extra ₹500 to find a better 3-4 star hotel nearby.

Worst hotel with no amenities, no restaurant, no bar, no staff present for Baggage assistance. Bed is very small and very uncomfortable. Please remove it from Makemytrip, it will spoil the reputation.

Good hotel considering price of the hotel. Bed sheet was not fully white , rest everything is good. Breakfast id fixed quantity and limited item but tasty. Location is also good on rs puram road

Need improvement
Maintenance is very poor. It’s breakfast is form out side and common in every day. The blankets and bathrooms are not up to the standard.
