First of all before booking you have to know that Treeboo is a third party in between make my trip and the hotel, and Windsor heights is the exact name of hotel. I had wasted a lot time searching the property location with my two year old child and aged parents as the contact no. provided from mmt was connecting to a auto reply customer service contact no. which we will never get a direct point to ask the location or details of the property. I had arrived ooty in toy train parking my car in Mettupalayam railway station so that I tried to get cab or auto but unable to tell them the exact location. ( Drivers will deny even if you are about to guide them with google map,as most of the time map will make reroutings) however, The property location is nice as ut is in top of a hill where you will get little difficult to take your car uphills as the roads to hotel is not good. Especially there is a turn with large gutters at the end of roads where your car will not climb if you are not familiar in climbing rumble roads. Also please note to take the mountain view rooms otherwise the view is not that much worthy. Even though the room size is comparatively small, the ambience is nice. Bathrooms are conjested and built in very old model. Food you will not get that much variety but its adjustable. staffs are nice and parking space under building is not that much because if you are coming late night you have to park in the road front of hotel.overall it was an average stay.

Good stay!
While i got it a little pricey because of long weekend, the stay was amazing. Staff is very friendly, the hotel is kept clean. Breakfast is hygienic. Food is hot and fresh and views are amazing!

Wonderful Stay at Treebo Windsor Heights, Ooty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at Treebo Windsor Heights in Ooty for 6 days and had a pleasant experience. I had booked the room 10 days in advance via MakeMyTrip, and thanks to early booking and seasonal discounts, I got it at a reasonable price. The property is well-maintained, clean, and located in a peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing vacation in the hills. The room was spacious, neat, and equipped with all essential amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a good variety each day. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Room service was prompt and efficient—never had to wait long for anything I requested. The housekeeping team also did a great job in maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. What I really appreciated: • Value for money considering the quality of service and accommodation • Calm and scenic location yet easily accessible to Ooty town and attractions • Fast check-in and check-out process • Hot water available 24/7, which is a big plus in a hill station Overall, I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d highly recommend Treebo Windsor Heights to anyone planning a trip to Ooty. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

Average Stay
It was overall good experience but there were few things which needs to get improved in treebo windsor heights 1. Rooms mentioned was not up to date as 2 of them are spacious and one are provided small. 2. Landline phone was not working properly 3. Bathroom amenities was not up to the mark. 4. Overall it's nice but they need to make sure to make available the room at the time of reach so that nobody will get small room after giving full money for deluxe .

Nice stay but little bit expensive
We stayed at Hotel Treebo Windsor, Ooty for one night. The approach road to the property is quite narrow, which is understandable given the hilly terrain. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two adults and a child. We had booked a mountain-view room, and the view in the morning was absolutely breathtaking. Opening the window to that serene landscape instantly made us feel relaxed and refreshed. The hotel staff were courteous and responsive to our requests, which added to the positive experience. However, the breakfast management left much to be desired. Due to staff shortage, most of the food items were finished, and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for refills. This delay unfortunately affected our travel schedule, although the food was tasty once served. In the evening, the hotel also arranged a bonfire, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, while we had a pleasant stay, the room rate felt a bit expensive considering it was just a one-night stopover and we checked out the next morning.

ooty's best budget hotel

Not worthy, room spaces are very small, there was no water on first day stay because of that we lost entire day, and very high price for this , and food is worst , I don’t konw how this hotel got 3* rating .

Rooms are very small for pricing. It is very hard to reach the location because it is narrow and hilly roads. Breakfast is very poor quality and with very limited options. But Good hospitality.!!

Very basic think not followed properly, like they provide coffee powder and tea powder and milk powder put they didn't give mixing stick and fan not working properly and housekeeping not clean the room properly (already used double not cleared from restroom) wi-fi connection is not good. Restaurant order food are good complementary food not good they used maida to make puri employee behaviour is good
