The beds were pretty rough and uncomfortable. the floor felt soapy. and the kettle was not working. needed a power port near mirror in entrance . the TV cable was cut of the second night.

I won't recommend
Horrible stay, the room was pathetic. Nothing related to the photos showing in MakeMyTrip. Hello MakeMyTrip if you are selling this room please make sure all OF THEN YOU SHOWING IN YOUR WEBSITE'S IS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS. The sharpen side of the bed made injury to my leg. Linen condition was horrible, I think it's used sheets, lot of hair was in i. The kettle provided was not good its not even clean we washed 2 to 3 times before use.

It was alright. Staff seemed a little shady. Also the bedsheets were not clean at the time of arrival. Still bathroom was clean and room service was good

Average Stay
Location is good as per budget choice . Food (only breakfast available) is good, no lunch /dinner facilities (hotel owned) available (it was already clear to me at the time of booking ). Facilities: AC working, room allotment as per booking (double bed) but facing day sun . Wash room specious and clean. Complimentary Tea/coffee pouches provided on demand . AC cleaned on complaint.

Good Location but quality not good
Location is good but the cleanliness of the rooms are not good... Dirty towels and torn out blankets. The hotel guys did not turn on the centralized geyser to save on electricity... No toiletries were provided as mentioned in MMT booking info.

Good rooms and worst locate location.
Rooms were clean as mentioned in images, food is worst quality and surrounding area is worst their is no hygiene

Unplesant staying experience at Treebo Zion hotel ( Bangalore)
We checked into the Hotel Treebo Zion on 14th November 2024 and our booking was for 4 N and 5 days. when we reached the hotel we found the room well maintained. but the room service of hotel was pathetic. No kitchen was available in the hotel hence there was no option left other than ordering outside food from Zomato / swiggy. complementary breakfasts were served everyday but the most painful thing was same menu on daily basis. No egg options were available however same was mentioned in predefined food menu which was set by Treebo. if you reach the dinning hall by 9.30, most of the food tray was remain vacant. ( such as Upma, sambar, coconut chutney). As we were busy for the day, I used to ask for fresh bed sheet only at night ( no housekeeping service was requested) but they just refused to provide as there was no extra bed sheet was available 😇. moreover during check out one bed sheet was found damaged ( my 4 years old kid has put some colours on the bed sheet erroneously). They have asked for fine of INR 300 from me as damage cost as they have claimed that bed sheet would not be usable further. I agreed to pay the fine and asked the receptionist to return back the bedsheet as it was not in reusable condition,they just denied and asked for more money to hand over the bedsheet. Moreover , they have not provided any bill invoice against the payment of INR 300 (Penalty fees). In a nutshell, huge scope of improvement are still there in terms of Customer service. will not recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.

It is not good place to stay with family. Surrounding is not good to walk oe visit for the shopping.

Smelly
familyRooms were smelling, very poorly maintained, photos were very misleading. We had to stay only for a few hours, but even that was difficult.

1- many mosquitoes in room, flush was not working, bedsheet and blanket was washed but very old.
