Our experience at this hotel was not as expected. I had booked it because of the name “Luxury,” hoping for a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be quite different.
There was no in-house restaurant, and when we inquired, the person at the reception, who seemed rather indifferent, just mentioned a few nearby options. Even at the time of check-in, instead of a warm welcome, we were reminded about the check-out time, which didn’t feel very guest-friendly.
The next morning, we ordered coffee which never arrived, despite tea/coffee service being mentioned as available. At checkout, we were also asked to pay for extra water bottles that we hadn’t ordered, which was disappointing and seemed like a mix-up.
The place could certainly improve its hospitality and guest service standards. The only “luxury” visible was in the reception décor. Overall, a stay that didn’t quite live up to the name, but with a few improvements, it could offer guests a much better experience.
