Business boutique hotel

The property is good with nice clean rooms and easily accessible. It's good for business meetings and travel. The only drawback i noticed was they don't have a executive bar. All good otherwise

Location is good, clean rooms, safety though the place was crowded with many functions. Make overs. Ilts classes or examination. Lift was frequently crowded with people.

Tribute hotel, hospitality and value for money

Took a halt in Cochin on the way to Allepy and the stay was in this hotel- Brand new. Near to the highway and easily accessible. Good amenities and facilities, minibar, Android STB etc in the rooms. Got their sky facing pool in 2nd floor with necessary privacy and safety. Wife and kids had a great time there, while I did not miss my fitness routine at the gym. The staffs are professional and extremely helpful. Though all of us freaked out on complimentary breakfast, evening arabic, Tandoor etc. On mom was not a big fan it. So they prepared out of the menu items like rice porridge for her separately. Special thanks to their kitchen staff. Overall good experience and will not miss a next opportunity there.

General manager's bad attitude

Gm of tribute royal e showed attitude to me & to room service people to not do any favour to the customers who were frequently staying for 2-3 times and even the room service guys w err ready in doing the same, but he refused. And whats the point in not serving outside food. This is too bad. Its a simple & basic consideration these guys should follow. And this will be the last & final stay in this hotel i swear. Such a bad experience i have faced ever in my life. Be polite & kind mr gm, this will help u in future to avoid these kind of bad customer reviews and things. This is a small tip gore u mr. Gm, if u r kind & polite to customer, u ll be marked as unique & can show perfect example of a perfect hotel rather comparing previllages of other hotels as u said this morning, just be urself and then compare others. Thanks for this horrible experience.

Terrible Stay

The service of the hotel was very poor and the horrible things the air-conditioning was not working the issue we reported two three times but no effective action from the hotel side the sleep was horrible and we are totally disappointed
