My stay at trident was truly outstanding! from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of our visit was perfect. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting ooty. It’s a place where you feel genuinely valued as a guest, and i look forward to returning soon!

Nice little property with good rooms, courteous staff and decent foo

Nice property with about 20 rooms spread over two floors. Good room, loved the mattresses, kettle for boiling water and sachets of coffee, tea and milk. Decent dining area offering buffet breakfast and north indian dishes for lunch and dinner. Disappointed that the menu did not have south indian options. Nothing much to do outside the property. Ooty bus stand is about 200 metres away. Hotel staff courteous and helpful.

Hotel was excellent in all aspects like rooms, food and their services but only problem i faced was main door has small gap in the bottom so it is not able to stop noise from corridors. Few other guests were talking phone and kids were playing in corridors so it was noisy and disturbing

For us, the location of trident hotel was very convenient. The room was specious and very clean. Food was excellent and the staff was very polite and professional. Overall stay at trident hotel was a great experience!

It was very tough decision for us to decide a good hotel as we have a small baby with us. We finally booked trident and i can definitely say it was worth it. Special thanks to kartik who was very helpful since beginning even when i was not there in ooty. He helped us with cab bookings to every single request we had during our stay. Apart from kartik, aaron is also very helpful in arranging anything we requested. Regarding food we had a very good experience with chadra mohan who catered us very well. Overall i would say it was great stay. I would recommend trident for family stay. Food - 5/5, service 5/5

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trident Ooty. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the Ooty bus terminus and just a short walk from the toy train station. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious dishes—I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried. Highly recommended for both the location and service!
