Stay was comfortable, very close to bus stand, room was clean, ac, geyser was available, i was picked from bus stand, i was also dropped at katra railway station, manager was helpful, i will stay again next time

Stay was pleasant with all the basic amenities in trim room hotel. Location is very near to katra bus stand and main market. Mountain view is amazing from room, balcony and terrace. Me and my wife had a comfortable stay here. Staff and manager were very cooperative and arranged masseur for us post mata vaishno devi darshan. Definitely recommend everyone in economical budget.

On arrival we have been received warmly by this friendly family. After checking in we have been accompanied to our room. The room is clean and tidy. The food is delicious and we didn’t need to go out for the food after a tiring day. They even helped us with the registration for vaishno devi darshan. Had a great time in katra and i highly recommend this accommodation.

This hotel is quite near to the real market we can walk and have fun at evening including vaishno mata parchi. Autos are available all over. Although it’s in little bit inside area but has almost everything you need including food and day to day items. Many restaurants are quite near. We found it by searching lot in last moment we must say we are happy with it. Person incharge is very nice helpful and cooperative.

The hotel person was wonderful person and helped us a lot with milk for baby when we arrived late night around 12. He also helped us in managing a guide for vaishno devi which was a great experience. He also gave us to stay for some extra hours for our baby’s sleep and to freshen up.

Although the hotel location is in some narrow lanes, the rooms are not bad, at least at par with the rates. There is no kitchen, although there was menu card in the room and they might arrange food from nearby restaurant, we did not order anything apart from tea. Only 2 persons, and sometime even 1 person present to serve the guests. Wifi and phones sometimes work and sometime don't. There is no parking space.

Hotel staff is friendly, hotel has all necessary amenities. If you desire a luxurious stay, this hotel might not suit you. The view from the rooftop is amazimg.
