Good experience. Very good service.

Property location is good, closer to Temple. Food they serve from outside but good. Employees are cooperative.They provide personalised services to all. Owner and his son's behaviour is also good. Room service, cleanliness, Room condition, drinking and washroom water supply etc all are good. As a budget hotel with lots of cooperation and facilities like personalised services, we like to recommend it to other travellers.

Dear Sir, It was a terrible stay at Trinayani. Most of the hotels have tie up with makemytrip is worst. First of all, the rent taken by makemytrip is higher than its expectation (just double). There is no specific mention of room no. floor and view position. After check in the hotel administration allocate rooms as per their last availability, which has been refused by everyone. As far as makemytrip is concerned, my humble request before getting tie up with hotels, it is better to verify firstly position of hotels, rooms size, safety security, cleanliness, ready local transportation etc. In my opinion, it is better not to select hotels those who are trying to enhance their business based on the shoulder of makemytrip, which are not satisfactory as per your client everywhere and every places. So, if same experience is received everywhere by your client, then they will think twice before booking hotels through you. Regards,

The location is quite good. Very near to Tarapith Mandir. Rooms are average and the amenities are not available. Wifi not working. Mosquito problem. Beds are old and noisy. Staff behaviour was quite average.

One of the worst stay i have experienced in this hotel. Firstly behaviour of manager is extremely unprofessional. Most of the service not operational, like geyser is not available 24hrs, only during requirement on their whims they will switch it on. They don't have remote for tv. You have to watch channels according to them. At first the room that was provided in first floor was filthy and damp with unusual smell all around but lateron they changed it to my request. Throughout the night loud noise all around not able to sleep for single moment, overall experience was worst. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

It is average experience, basically room are not up to the mark and corresponding inside facilities are not worthy.

Clean attached bathroom, also the room was clean. What i didn't like was there was a spider in the room and one of the tap of the bathroom was broken. The room service was not available. Tv and telephone didnt worked.

Good hotel with good staff. The hotel is very near to the temple. They also arrange pandas for the temple visit.

1)totally non professional approach and gesture. 2) geyser not working. 3)blankets not fresh. 4)no drinking water 5)no jug for water and drinking glass. 7)intercom is only for show. 7)no tv set. 8)narrow entrance. 9)most door latches are disturbed. 10)lift not working.

The accommodation is a little less than the price but the hospitality is much more our expectations. We were really happy about the service and behaviour of each and every stuff. The location is very good for us. Stay is okay. The hospitality is an excellent experience. We like it very much.

Peaceful area just 5 minutes walk to temple. I came with my family so some shorfalls regarding locks and amenities are overlooked.
