Rooms were clean and good. The in-room dining was awesome, and the food was delivered quickly. The front office staff were very helpful in every way

it was good stay but rain dance, massage chair were not in working condition, pool need more cleaning... room service is very poor, takes ages to deliver the order and other room service request.

Stay was good and comfort. Staff was decent and the boat guy was very co-operative. Food is fine. Indoor games room is a bit congested.

The property was great,clean.The rooms were spacious and comfortable.A perfect place to relax with your family

No Doubt property is excellent but service is pathetic. No One will entertain you in Restaurant. One night stay at the resort was not a very good experience. Food was awesome and so was the pedal boating and awesome ambience. Peaceful place.

Tripura resort is one of the finest resort in terms of the amenities, rooms and resort highlights are the in house pond and swimming pool for kids and adults. The only thing which needs improvement is the time they take for preparing food, otherwise perfect stay.

I had a good time in Tripura resort. The room was clean and specious. The ambiance of resort is elegant. So the overall stay is wonderful thanku .

Resort is well maintained, we enjoyed our stay. Pros: Boating Swimming pool Rain dance Quite good restaurant Nice service (Reception, Hose keeping) Cons: Price is on bit higher side. Restaurant was too slow to serve the order.

Good atmosphere and pleasant stay. food price is reasonable. rooms are huge and spacious but ac is moderate.

While the property is clean and well-maintained, the food experience left much to be desired which is the main reason for my rating. The breakfast was very limited, with just idly, dosa, button vada, and a basic sandwich that didn’t feel fresh. Only watermelon was available under fruits, and instead of real juice, there was an artificial milkshake. Even smaller hotels tend to offer more variety. The main course options were equally minimal. I truly hope the management enhances the food quality and variety going forward. That said, the staff were courteous, and other services were prompt and professional.
