Review Of TRIS PLANET

I have booked a double bed deluxe room with a complementary free breakfast..but the hotel manager refused to give breakfast..we are not getting breakfast,, bathroom quality is not Good..overall experience is bad..

Nice stay. Staff behaviour is good. Food is good. Complimentary breakfast is also nice and warm. The hotel is situated in good location.

Being a tiring & hectic day in Kolkata, we were just looking for ultimate comfort and peace during our short stay at Tris Planet. And this place was more than we expected with its calmness, cleanliness and we were also overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff at this property. Moreover, the food here was simply awesome. Will definately book this property again whenever we visit Kalyani (Kolkata) in future.

The food is good. No room service after 11pm, all staff are well in behaviors. .
