Review Of Trium Heritage Villa Chengannur

Property was not up to the expectations. There were no sufficient staff, only one caretaker was there, he was a nice person but nonprofessional. There was no proper cleanliness and broken furniture in the property. No food was available on the property. Location was difficult to found. Toiletries were not proper.

Everything was comfortable, and things were as per the expectations.

Our overall stay was excellent. It was a nice property with pleasing hospitality. The good vegetarian restaurants were nearby, but they didn't provide information about that, we found it by own. The language issue was there. There should be some document in english, about tourist attraction points, restaurants and root map with the opening and closing timing and contact numbers. It will be great if they could provide it.

The facility is next to Pamba river and its great place for peace lovers.

Good property but badly maintained. There cobwebs all over and not cleaned properly.

It was horrible For the money's they charge, the room as well as the service is pathetic. I will never ever recommend this place for my worst enemies. I was carried away by their ad, web description etc.
