I took executive delexe room, it's really neat and clean, specially my children's enjoy lot in pool. Overall nice stay.

Ideal location on the river in a small village that has a few shops that sell the essentials. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We really relaxed and were disappointed to have to leave. The manager organised a boat trip for us that made our stay really memorable. The breakfast was very nice, evening meals are either a buffet our from the menu so if you want something specific ask early. We would go back without question.

Rooms were ok. Had a heritage look overall. Facilities were ok not so well though. Breakfast was fine. Can’t ask for more. I guess ok for a budget & family friendly stay.

Property: property was clean and heritage room view was awesome as it has balcony which was opening towards backwaters. Staff: staff was nice and cooperative. Food: breakfast was simple was nice which includes bhatura and chola along with fruits and dosa. Dinner we had at hotel only which was nice. Rooms: one of the heritage rooms was not having any issue. Another heritage rooms's ac need little maintenance as it was leaking from one room late night. Rooms were clean. But overall it was a nice stay. Thank you!

Pros: 1. The staff were very helpful, especially Kiran, the property manager. 2. The location is very close to Alappuzha-Changanacherry road. Cons: 1. Food is average at best, 2.5/5. 2. The rooms in the heritage section are done different but are dark. Perfect for two people, not more.

A nice trip to Alleppey

Hotel is situated in the prime location. Communication was easily accessible. I had breakfast in the hotel but not many varieties were provided. Services were fine. Room and washroom were clean and all facilities were provided in the room. Staff was very polite and helpful. I am a regular traveler here and I will definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Positives: • The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the river. Waking up to that was a real highlight. • The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. • The morning breakfast was good, though the options were a bit limited. Still, it was satisfying. • Bathrooms were cleaner than expected, which is always a plus. • The view from our room was stunning and definitely added to the experience. • Check-in and check-out were smooth. They do require ID for everyone, but a soft copy works, which made things easier. Negatives: • The pool didn’t seem well-maintained, which was a letdown. • The property feels like it could use a renovation. It has an old vibe that could be refreshed. • Some amenities weren’t up to par—the fridge and kettle weren’t clean, and while the towels were fine, they didn’t smell the best. • The bathroom amenities were minimal, with just shampoo and moisturizer provided. • It was hard to sleep due to noise from the window and the sound of people walking on the floor above. • There are some mosquitos around, especially in the evening. While it’s not entirely their fault, there were a few in the dining area that should be addressed. • The rest of the food wasn’t great, but it was edible. Overall: For the price, the stay was okay. It’s not exactly “value for money,” but you can manage if you adjust your expectations.
