Overall Good Experience. Hotel Rooms are not clean but staff is supportive. Checkin Checkout problem is there in Hotel.

They dined for checkin and alternative rooms are very dirty

We have booked for executive room, but got a room of 10/8 ft without any complementary breakfast and tea. We couldn't found hotel gupta palace. There's no hotel in this name. Can you imagine how three adults can manage. Please refund our surplus amount

Stay was good, staff is cooperative and well mannered. Everything is available in the nearby vicinity. Decent stay at this price. Breakfast and food facilities are also good and provided in time when needed. My stay at executive room is good as room are specious and proper room service was available.
