Bathroom are not clean properly and shower are not working (no soap in bathroom) and room dustbin are not clean properly 🤢🤮

Terrible stay, the problem starts with parking and then security guard at the entrance need your ids for Noreason. After this hustle, their staff is very unprofessional. They’ll never handover key on time. After getting key their Tv never works forget about Internet washrooms are never cleaned. Basic toiletries are not provided. Better pay some extra money and look for other option.Taj studio , now they don’t care about their customers. So customers should not care about them too.

I stayed at the studio last night, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The room was filthy and completely unhygienic, far from what was promised. I had initially booked a location at north eye, but without any prior notice, it was changed to gaur city extension which is far away from north eye. The new location was poorly maintained, and the caretaker was nowhere to be found. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, he didn’t answer calls or provide any assistance. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic amenities made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This was one of the worst experiences i’ve had, and i would not recommend it to anyone. I could only manage to check in very late but decided not to stay at this horrible untidy place and left when i made a complaint the next morning they denied any reimbursement or compensation

Condition of room is very bad. I had to wait 3 hours for my room in evening. I had very bad experience.

The stay was pathetic. The ac was not working and didn’t also have towels in the bathroom. The bed sheets were uncleaned and even the dustbin had the waste of the previous people that stayed.

Location is good and rooms are clean but the only problem is that there is no sign board and you have to find the place by your own.

Staff was terrible in morning around 9:30 they continuously ringing the door bell n telling us to check out n then you will be charged 200rs per hour after 10 am and continuously calling on my number for checkout.

The staff here is too unprofessional, ac's do not work properly,

It was very bad experience as the microwave was full of waste, bathroom was dirty, bed was dirty. The overall experience was terrible
