I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Not having good experience
1- Need to improve food taste 2- Need to improve food quantity according to price 3- Need to have fast service.. once order place it is taking 45 min to prepare food or snacks 4- door mat should be provide to all door entries including bathtub area, washroom areas, bathroom-bedroom connected areas as floor is very slippery.

Over all it was good experience. the staff is very polite and also nice food wt good quantity. location is also very natural little bit expensive. my suggestions they need to improve some entertainment facilities.

property's location and amenities are great but worst maintained. Service staff is good friendly but not well trained. Food is good but need urgent attention towards pest control yes there are many pests in the property the insects bit us whole night

Good Stay
The property is beautifully placed in the midst of the forest with gardens in between the cottages and a porch outside the room to sit and enjoy the view while having a meal. The bath tub is also really nice. The staff was very gracious. The only problem we faced was that the food was not great and the service was also very slow. We had to wait for an average of an hour for the food after ordering. And the resort being in the middle of the jungle one doesn't have much options

room ambience was good bed size is small as only for couples no kids can b managed big rooms with washrooms with some cons as problems i faced are indoor games are not proper outdoor kids area was untidy dirty n non maintained no doormats out side washrooms bathtub walves are damaged not working few insects inside rooms area pool was clean but not maintained as floor was damaged which may b risky with kids no toileteries provided properly as had to called for having it

Excellent Stay
The property is exceptionally well maintained and hygienic. The staff is honest and always up for required service. They kept us informed on all the meal timing and at times served us in our rooms without any fuss. A great choice to relax yourself in without any worry. Loved the hospitality. Thank you.

It was a very disappointing stay at Tuli. The service was very poor. Food quality was alao not good with food menu and service was very poor. The staff was untrained. Not recommended at such a high price.

1) no adventure outdoor sports. 2) spoons are too big and heavy to handle in lunch and dinner. 3) no availability of swimming costumes. 4) no handle beside bathtub so that people can safely come out.
