Pleasant stay with spacious rooms. It is convenient to go around from here. Staff were quick to respond.

Very clean and hygiene rooms with 24 hrs hot water. We had dinner it was tasty. But there is one more tulips villa is there, hence we got confused while finding this.

In make my trip it is showing as 1. 3 km, but it was actually 2. 5 km amd also door is not proper

I have booked 9 rooms for my group. The hotel is far more different than acutal. It is not worth the money. It is not there in google maps if we search for it. Most of the rooms have issues. Woolen blankets were smelling bad. Tv was not working. Door latches were not properly matching. It was very difficult to lock doors(2-3 rooms)it was found the lever on the latches were missing and only rod kind of thing was there in the latches. Bathroom doors have holes. Also having latch problem(difficult to close door due to mismatching of latch and hole. Room curtain were found to be in the fallen form. One room was having dirty hospital foul smell. Dress locker found to be white powdery fungus and was unable to keep our dress there. Bulb was missing in holder. No bath towels were there. No soaps, no drinking water was there. I asked for it but they told that they forgot to give it. One main thing was there was a newly built humb made at the entrance gate of the hotel so our bus(33 seater) can't enter the hotel. The bottom of the bus will touch the humb and damage the bus. So bus parked in another hotel parking area. As it was raining and we were having 14 old aged people, they carried the luggages all the way to the hotel in the rain by walking. We asked for transportation by hotel but they asked money in return. Because of their mistake we suffered alot. Actual things were far more different and worse than the photograph. My group lost our better times and happiness because of the hotel.
