The Hotel is located in middle of Market. The hotel rooms are spacious at affordable prices. Food and service especially the staff is courteous and helpful.

It was not a good stay at all. The room size was too small as I booked “double king room” approx 288sq ft but the room was not even 150sq ft The bathroom tap was broken. No basic bathroom things like hand towel, bucket, mug, stool etc The hotel tarrif was too high as compared to it’s service

Hotel location is good , food quality is good, cleanness are average, staff behaviour are average, price is high, parking problem are there.

Good stay with good ambience and food is very good the staff was also very helpful

The breakfast there is awesome

breakfast is not good, property is on good location, service is good,but the construction is complicated.

room service is very poor and also loundry service is poor I give some dresses for wash they are promise to give me return same but 36 hours complete but not coming

kitchen service very poor I order tea and I will wait for tea time 50mins then after tea is very cold

neat & clean. housekeeping is decent and easily available

POOR STAFF FRONT OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT HAS MANER TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER. EVEN FEMALE MANAGER WAS NOT SUPPORTIVE

Not really good. Restaurant and banquet hall is available at the property and with lots of noise and people around. Staff if really cooperative. Location is also good.

Bus cleaning, AC flap not proper, lights not shut down while sleeping, Bus taking stop too much time

Too costly according to the ammoniates provided. The cosmic & Bathroom items provided are of too cheap quality

Room is very small tv and ac not working bathroom is very congested and no consistency in hot water service is very pathetic

Stay is okay but they have changed the map plan menu, which is not fair. Initially we can order anything within 500 that thing is good.
