Terrible Stay
Resort is at a remote location, very far from Karjat station. Rooms are not clean, food was not good, response time from staff is bad. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

Overpriced and Poorly Maintained Property
Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We stayed for 2 days at U Rivergate, Karjat, and it was a huge letdown. The swimming pool was closed on day one and still dirty with insects even after being “cleaned” the next day. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the property was unkempt and poorly maintained, and the so-called river access is just for namesake. The gym equipment doesn’t function, and there’s hardly anything to do on the property. Despite multiple complaints, no compensation or room upgrade was offered — only a one-time dinner after repeated requests. For the amount charged, this place offers no value. It seems the management is simply not interested in maintaining the property. Would not recommend.

Worst experience
We experienced several issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and there was no mobile network coverage at all. Management was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the overall experience did not justify the cost. Food prices were unreasonably high, and no welcome drink was offered at check-in. We had to call multiple times just to get basic housekeeping services. It took us nearly 4 hours after check-in to resolve basic issues, including the network connection. On a positive note, the helpers and EV drivers were extremely polite and supportive, which we truly appreciated. However, the reception staff and overall management were disappointing and lacked professionalism.

“Comfortable Rooms and Good Food, But Amenities Need Attention
The rooms are very well maintained and offer a comfortable stay. The food is also appreciable, particularly the à la carte options, though the breakfast buffet leaves room for improvement. However, the amenities require urgent attention. Both the gym and the game zone were in a poor state of upkeep. None of the gym equipment was in usable condition, and even basic facilities such as speakers were non-functional. This significantly impacts the overall guest experience, especially for those who value recreational and fitness facilities during their stay. Despite these shortcomings, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. With better focus on maintenance and upkeep of amenities, the management can greatly enhance the value of this otherwise pleasant property.

the property is well maintained but the service for a deluxe room where I paid for a night was not at all worth. The complementary stuff such as welcomw drink was a 10 rs real mix juice packet. The bedsheets were dirty with stains on them. Toilet seat was dirty with no dental kit

Our stay at U Rivergate was simply amazing!
