Ud grand residency is located approx 3 km from airport 10 mins taxi ride. Nearby tata motors showroom.

Newly built property. Clean rooms, bathroom. Owner lady manager stays adjacent to the property. Kitchen is managed by owner. Owner is very helpful he arranged taxi and ferry tickets to havelock in peak season also he helped to get hotel accommodation at neil island.
