Location is very close to mg marg. Food is excellent and so is the service. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

very very very good 👍👍 There behaviour and the hospitality was excellent. They have done pretty well to keep us in comfort. Overall,it was a good experience.

Coming from udaan nirvana in darjeeling - an amazing experience with the kindest staff you can find, i arrived at udaan keeps a in gangtok. It’s strange, the staff is very unengaged, lazy and not helpful. There’s pictures of a gym, spa and sauna. Nothing was “open” ) and a member of staff told me staff was sleeping in the sauna. This is unprofessional and weird as the lack of facilities was not mentioned anywhere when i booked. Sad to experience this, as the hotel itself is located great and the rooms are clean and pretty. No buffet breakfast, which can be excused by the off season. But they didn’t even have ingredients to serve some courses in their menu.
