Excellent stay. Good location. Beach access was perfect. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of varieties. Massage, spa, pools all were good. Only thing to add could be toddlers play area. Games for kids and adults was there, but wasn't there for toddlers.

Uds is super on location almost on kovalam beach, clean. Very large with so many pools and eating point inside. I m there on my birthday fortunately 31/8 there tram aura he cake /decoration and support a lot great property and very good staff support. Sanjay kapoor

Great property with a clear view of the sea, even from the pool view rooms, although there's no beach and the sea is inaccessible. V neat and clean and a good breakfast spread. The staff are also v courteous and helpful.

Property location, amenities, food & services are good except when the eggs etc. Are fried near the main dinning hall, due to spread of smell of the same, there is a strong feeling, we are sitting in a kitchen and not the dinning hall. Management to take care of.

Lovely hotel lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit.

It was a great stay. The staff especially front office managers like Ms. Menon and Subish are excellent. We reached a little early for checkin time and they accommodated us, upgraded to a different room just so that we don’t feel totally tired waiting in the lobby; attention and care in such small detailing! Very impressed. They were flexible when we changed some plans we had already paid for, they are very accommodative and supportive. I was very happy all through the stint there, the Ayurvedic massages were amazing! Great staff there too. Food was very good, their Thai cuisine is surprisingly very good! They organised for a temple visit through special darshan - there too, right from the driver Biju to everyone in travel desk involved - excellent service. My son and I had come for a beach getaway time and worked beautifully for us. There was technically no beach because of super high tides but our time was spent so well and pleasant. Good times and great staff! Thank you

Fantastic location, sea is at a stone throw distance. There are multiple restaurants. Breakfast was complementary and excellent. Lunch and dinner are also very good quality but obviously a bit pricy. 3 swimming pools inside the property, enjoyed swimming, gym and table tennis. Overall its a very nice experience.

Stayed with my family march 16 to march 17 2024. Very much satisfied with the service rendered by all the staffs of u dc especially car arrangement made by resort driver mr gopakumar was very polite and supportive. Will recommend my friends and relatives
