The property is well cleaned & hygienic. Food is also of good quality & taste. Hospitality by staff is up to mark. Room cleaning service is also excellent. It is the prime location of Gurgaon. One concern is there should be a facility of early check-in. Which is not available at present.

While staff is friendly and rooms are clean, the breakfast needs attention especially for healthy eating people. Options for a variety of fruits is needed. For most corporate people breakfast is a very important meal. Hence a wider choice of fruits would be helpful.

Luxury on a budget kinda stay
Very comfortable and lovely stay, I love the rooms, bedsheets, cleanliness and the whole vibe of the hotel. The small details are everything, the staff is very courteous and the best part definitely has to be their food, which was delicious. I loved the crispy chilli mushrooms there, worth trying.

Neat and clean hotel, courteous staff, good location. Sleep quality can be improved by taking care of unnecessary sounds because of door alarm and sensitivity guest and staff.

otherwise a good stay, this was not expected of such a brand. The washroom was broken and bed mattress also was defective. The balcony door was permanently locked via jugaaf due to broken lock
