Worst experience
Worst stay experience I have ever had so far. There is no non smoking rooms available at all. When we asked for one, the manager gave us an upgrade & offered the best room they claim to have "Suite Room". It was the most terrible decision of me accepting the stay option. The room was really big but very unclean as well. Two very old model ACs both not working. Big bathroom with bathtub, but very untidy. I had to checkout the same day & booked another hotel. Overall, worst experience.

Terrible Stay
I m check in around 11pm on 15th June. They give us one room 222 . But Ac is not working properly call maintenance team room temperature is 27°C ' then after 2:30 hour they agree to change the room ' but again there Ac is also to working , after 2:45 am then I m request for a fan . They give me one fan then I m try to sleep in fan .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is extremely convenient, situated right on the main road with easy access to nearby places. Excellent Stay
Hotel is at a very good location. Food is excellent. Toilets clean, rooms & bed were also clean. Everything was clean & hygienic. However, due to frequent power cuts in Delhi, this hotel too faced frequent power cuts at least 5 times a day ~5 minutes each.

It was neat and clean, and the service was amazing as well! Mr. Rakesh and Ms. Jesika at the reception were really helpful as well as Mr. Prakash, Mr. Vinod and Ankit were swift in offering help.

Poor Stay
They wouldn’t give me drinking water when I asked. That was disappointing. Further, the hot water did not work, and they did not inform me at the time of check in. We requested late check out, and agreed on a rate to be paid 2500 + tax. No invoice was provided for this, and I believe they did not inform housekeeping as they kept coming to ask about check out. Over all less than mediocre, room was comfortable except for hot water availability.
