The service is pathetic. Getting anything requires 2 hours minimum time. Frequent electricity cuts. One washroom broken stand of the flush. Had to ask for every necessity repeated number of times. Good view and bungalow doesn’t mean that there can be a compromise on other aspects when such a high price is being paid.

stay is fyn, rooms are clean but service is terrible staff are very arrogant in answering queries They doesn't show any respect to guests

Food service is totally worst. Morning breakfast added in complementary but not served it. Service person not answer the call. Swimming pool water also dirty.

Property was amazing hospitality was too good. One difficulty was it was a bit away from the main area and due to that we were not able to go out frequently. They have arranged food for all times and food was really good. It is a great place for staycation

The property is beautiful, the location is nice although you can see some traffic jams during the weekends. The property lacked some basic service like towels / blankets were fewer than the number of people and did not provide enough even on multiple requests. Not enough mosquito repellents were provided. Only 2 for a 3 bhk. The worst part was the water pressure in washrooms. There was no water in some taps when you switched to hot water food is average at best. The manager is courteous and helpful but some of the other staff were even rude.

I booked for umayal but the representative called me and said there was a water leakage issue with and changed other villa but during my stay i noticed that some other guest is staying in the same villa i don’t know how they fixed that problem suddenly and the villa they gave us had no amendments even we had no water for us to drink bathrooms were not clean and water flow in tapes or very low. Overall we had a unhappy stay for the cost we paid them.
