The hotel was extremely good and the staff was very nice. We had a great stay. Room service was the best. This hotel has got a very good location and yes one has got accessibility of each and every aspect essential in living regard. In nutshell it was fun staying at Um ed grand.

Hotel is in nice location. Service and amenities are good .. But no idea about WiFi. That was only one demerit. Hotel is tidy and feels a luxurious atmosphere. Very pleasing atmosphere for couples. Thank you make my trip

It was nice stay there. Good Location and property also. Staff was also co-operative. I prefer to stay here for the next time also. Although in breakfast there was not many options. Limited options was there it could be better. They should focus on that. Rest was good

The hotel room was not good. Electric switches were not functional. Basic amenities not provided like dental kit, shampoo etc. Towels were dirty. They told that it was deluxe room but the room quality was lower than classic. Room was dirty.
