The location was great the food were really good within standard range rooms were spacious but had no ventilation due to which the ac had to be run the entire day, which is a bit discomforting

Good stay. But the service could be better. The property is quite beautiful with all amenities. The rooms are quite big and properly maintained

The hotel was ohk but there was cleanliness issues. Cockroach was roaming around in th room and also there were torn-ed packets of condoms in the drawer. Food was good. Overall had an average experience in my stay

Here's a review of universal hotel bongaigaon: pros: * clean rooms * good bathrooms * perfect location * complimentary breakfast * friendly staff cons: * rooms on the smaller side * no toiletries provided (body wash, face lotion, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste) * no in-room coffee/tea maker overall: a good budget hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a bit small and lack some amenities, but the location is perfect and the price is right. I would recommend this hotel to budget-minded travelers who don't mind a smaller room. Tips: * pack your own toiletries and slippers. * if you like to have coffee or tea in the morning, you may want to bring your own instant coffee/tea packets.

We( Me, my husband and our 2 year old) stayed for one night and we couldn’t wait to check out of the hotel. Here are some of the reasons: 1. The room was reeking of cigarettes. The hotel / staff were not equipped to get the smell out of the room. 2. Couldn’t use the electric kettle cause there was no outlet to plug in 3. ⁠No toilet papers were provided The hotel is otherwise in a great location and they could use some improvement and trainings for the staff. With the same cost I got better service and rooms in Bongaigaon.
