I found this hotel from make my trip, this hotel is very nice and clean, staff is also supportive, and sufficient parking space is available. I think in vijayapura this is a good choice for family.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very courteous with ample parking space and safe to park. Rooms and bathrooms were also keen beds that were very clean as well.

Excellent rooms and outstanding cleanliness and it's very near to gol gumbazz, i recommend this room with such hi tech maintenance and getting it in such affordable rates. Amazing experience. Just one thing they hardly know kannada to speak which is hard for locals to communicate and they have ample parking space at basement. Overall i enjoyed my stay at unnati.

We have booked 1 ac room and 1 non ac room. Although there were no reviews and hotel was new, i still booked. When we went there, it was an excellent place to stay. Can say it's almost 4 star. Excellent room with 24 hour hot water and huge basement car parking and tv connection. Watched india srilanka t20 match. Overall very good experience for the 1300rs per room that we paid.

"unnati stay in bijapur" the rooms are very clean and staff and manager nitin were very calm and they responded smoothly to everything. Hospitality is next level. Best stay ever i experienced. The bed and bedsheets are very clean.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

We had a bit of hustle reaching the hotel due to crowded and narrow roads. It was quite stressful at that moment. The hotel room, bathroom and overall space was extremely clean. However, you could make out that the blanket and the pillow covers were not washed after the use of the previous customer. Hence, it was awful for us. But then the hotel charges were very less as compared to any other hotels, no one provide you such a clean place to stay. We ignored it for a day, however hotel management could improve on that. When we ordered food, it was dal khichadi which was good and was priced reasonably. Hot water was provided. Tv and ac were working well. They could give customers a complementary water bottle as the first thing we want is drinking water when you enter the room. We had to order one for 20 rs. Also you have to give cash when you order food or water which was again a bit of an inconvenience. Overall i thought they should keep a trained staff, however, that would also mean increasing the cost for customers! overall i am satisfied because i had just a night stay.

The property has descent facilities, but the staffs are ill mannered and lacked responsibility. Felt the lack of proper communication and minimum manners exhibited by the staff. Although the property is well maintained and is tidy the staff should be made to understand about the treatment they should provide to the guests.
