Excellent Stay
I’d definitely stay here again for a short business trip or a solo visit. Might not be ideal for families due to room size. Housekeeping was discreet and never knocked unless I requested service. The staff was professional and respected my space throughout.

Average Stay
We went there but there were very small rooms in terms of size, Rooms were not same as shown in the photo. My bathroom shower head and handle was broken. When I saw breakfast counter in the morning it was worst experience ever as everything in Open condition. Cleaning has not maintained since long time.

firstly I would like to say I don't like how the reception guy talk with me I was wearing mask and he told me to show my face on camera even though I have shown him my id proof there was much restriction and also I don't feel comfortable the room was so small not worth of money...

Looks New. Poorly Maintained.
The accommodation looks very new and clean from the outside but is not really that attractive from the inside . The rooms are quite small and cleanliness is sub par. The bathroom needs to go through a lot of cleaning. People at the reception are quite helpful but could be more informative. Overall this accommodation is suitable for a single person and for not more than a night or two.

Decent stay
Room was small but with all the amenities. In house food is also not available. Decent stay for single member with clean rooms

OK for 1 day stay
Bed linens were not very clean. We got them changed but they didn't have additional blanket/quilt cover and hence we had to bear with the same. The TV in the room is just for show, they say that buying the subscriptions for any apps is not profitable for them so they don't have any connection or apps. Bathroom was clean. The hotel rooms are very small, but that's ok for a night stay. The bed linens were not very clean and we got them changed. They didn't have extra quilt cover too so we had to bear with the unclean one.

Average Stay
Urban Hometel, Pune ,is an above average place to stay but not a good or great one. Most of the staff I observed are pan parag eating one, you can smell them from afar. But they are courteous and helpful . The place does not have a kitchen that means no food or breakfast but they have a dining place for the guest to have the dinner if they order online or bring it in their own, however a hot cup of tea is made and supplied if asked for. My suggestion for. improve the overall quality of stay us a) start a kitchen (adjacent hotel pacific has one ) b) improve supporting staff appearance and make staff consuming those pan parag (it is good for their health and pocket too) c) stop dumping used plates bottles cups etc on the staircase especially 3 floor (it looks dirty and eye sore) d) improve lighting in the bathroom and put a light above the dressing table mirror.

Cozy comfort
Super cozy stay. Unobtrusive staff, service with a smile. They also have an excellent dining facility and pre-booked breakfast which is very good too.
