Firstly we have checked in late in the evening and was raining no luggage assistance offered, 3 bhk having seepages everywhere, no AC working in condition, no hot water in 2 rest rooms. TV is not working

The place was amazing, as mentioned in the description. Caretaker was very kind and very good service. On the whole, had a pleasant stay. Thank you again !

Didn't allow to check in 10 minutes early and asked for 500 rupeees extra which is terrible they made me stand in sun for half an hour

Ac and tv are not working. we faced very bad time

It was a great stay at the urban nest 3bh. Very clean and silent. Water flow is very slow but location was easy to reach and they provide food as well so it eas very convenient.

We are 5, took 3bkh and we recommend this to any type of guests. It's really safe and secure. The caretaker is an awesome guy, who helps with your needs. All the best to your team.

Worth for money

It was an excellent stay for all our family members.

The owner & host had rude behaviour and we were forced to order food with them.

Property was clean and functional. Good wifi, washrooms, beds and cupboards made our stay very comfortable. Road outside is not cemented for about 20 mtrs, rest everything is excellent.

I liked the property as the property is too peaceful and we got the complete 3 bhk flat it was good and homely environment

I have booked pent house at terrace, room is good but rain water enters the room from door and window both. That was so annoying. Everyone is good only one can face problems during rainy season

Penthouse is a single room which on terrace floor, there is no shops available nearby. If you are looking for a day stay and only single person then it's fine, we can't stay there with family

Good if you are travel-ling in group. Located near to financial district but far from main road.

The caretakers here are interfering to a point where they just entered the room without even knocking. Not to mention that they were rude and lost the whole time. The property is very far in financial district and not easily found. The road is still not laid. It's brand new so you can expect it to be clean. It's a hall with 3 rooms and it's fairly clean. Food cooked by the caretakers was below average. But i'll never suggest this property solely because of the caretakers.
