Homestay was comfortable. Regular cleaning service and peaceful location. Cctv cameras are installed and it's safe for families. Little far from airport. Only cos were, no wifi though they claim that they have free wifi, and hot water was not available 24*7.

Great Experience. The way the property maintenance is so nice. The ambience is so beautiful and the amenities.. people are polite and courteous. No sound pollution.. decent atmosphere. In 100 metres we can get all requirements through having a bunch of shops. You feel it's your bedroom and main drawbacks are here no service. If you need anything..need to go outside or go for Swiggy and Blink it

excellent maintenance and location

The room was good. I got to know that it is kind of a flat where you have common kitchen and two separate bedrooms, access to which is common. I thought this will be separate room while booking. I didn't face any disturbance though but I think they should have informed before hand. Place is good as you have many good restaurants near by and railway station is also near by.

Don't expect prompt service. Good for group of people.

Our stay in Uthradam was quite comfortable. The our room was clean and had all the functional amenities. The guy in the reception was also kind enough to help me with an adapter to charge my laptop. Definitely recommended.

Good location in a calm residential area. The rooms are spacious, making it suitable for budget travelers. However, it offers only basic facilities, and room maintenance is poor. Just ok for this budget.
