Has a lovely foyer with horseshoe arches, floral wall-paintings based on the gem inlays at the Taj. The dining area is also lovely. The room accommodations themselves are spacious. The view isn't anything to write home about, though we did enjoy watching the sunrise from our room's large windows.

Utkarsh Vilas is a very nice hotel, near to Taj Mahal, there is a sh oping mall in front of the hotel other side of the road. Rooms and other facilities were truly satisfying. The staff service and behaviour was acceptable. Overall it was a nice experience.

I stayed at Utkarsh Vilas Agra, for thre days and I think I had a great value for money holiday. I experienced luxury at an affordable cost and that's the USP of this hotel.

The room service was a little slow, had to call a couple of times for water in room. Rest the stay was good, not expensive. The pool was not clean and not functional, which shouldn't have happened. The window of my room was broken. Though I didn't care as it was a one night stay and the prices I paid were cheap.

Room of the hotel is very clean. There is no foul smell in the room. Moreover room has proper lighting and washroom is very clean. Room service is satisfactory however price of food is expensive and other amenities are good. The most important is very location of the hotel is very good. Near to Taj and Agra fort.

Hotel location was good, hotel was near Taj Mahala entry gate, rooms are good and spacious but breakfast was not good, no variety in breakfast as it was 4 star categoery, opposite hotel mc donalds and TDI mall is there which is plus point of the hotel.

I stayed for 3 days there. The hotel was good but the room service was very poor. Only buffer system was available at the hotel, no provision to provide anything in the room and moreover when we asked about the food and breakfast to be served in room, there was a perfect no from the staff. Rest everything was fine.

It was good hotel to stay but they have to improve there services. I must say it is value for money. Good gym. Spa is good. Location is near to Taj Mahal. With small swimming pool. Good food. Interior is to need sum change means it is give old looks.

Good property but lack of maintenance. The room service was not at all good and the service boys are casual. The food quality was not at all good and they are very much expensive also. The bedding they had provided was dirty and in one of the bed sheet there was blood stains also.

The property is amazing, absolutely picturesque, but the moment you enter, the experience goes downhill. The hotel staff is not cooperative and you can barely get any information out of them. The fittings in the room are average at best. The taps were rusty and weren't able to get the AC working. We asked them to come over since the fan was not working, they agreed to send someone over, but nobody showed up, at all. Oh, the door view hole is just a glass inserted in between and someone outside can easily look in!!! If not for the heavy discount, this would have been an abysmal stay, but, the discount helped. Not worth the full price, at all.

Hotel location is best as it is very close to Taj Mahal and other restaurant, and other hotels also located on same street. Food, room services and front desk was also good. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Ambiance of looby is classical theme which could be further better in looks.

Stayed with my family for one day. Hotel is at the outskirts of city (not an issue if you have your vehicle). Property is maintained. Staff is supportive. We found Fun City closed due to annual cleaning. Hotel have ample space and based on Punjabi village theme. Nice stay.

Hotel was really good except our booking was not confirmed with them by makemytrip. The hospitality of the hotel was really good. Staff was cooperative and food was really good. Ambiance of the hotel and rooms were really good. Bathrooms were really neat and clean.

The property is well placed from taj. However, gives you a bhootiya experience. Ac doesn't work, and there is no change of room provided. The dining option is not available due to shortage of staff and things on the menu are all together out of the menu.

Not at all a four star property. On check- in our luggage was picked up after 15 minutes of waiting. Taps in bathroom were loose. TV was not functional even staff in duty didn't help. No dental kit and disposable slippers are provided as a policy as per staff. Wi-Fi is only in lobby and not in rooms. Even Mini bar was empty. Worst stay ever.

Hotel has good location but hygiene standards are very low. Club room should have some amenities, but none except on soap for double. Hotel has very dark rooms, not enough light. Lot of dust on bed head. Coffee table was very dirty. Minibar changed thrice but still was no up to the mark. Hotel has wedding banquet lawns on both the sides so be careful if you want to sleep at 2000 hrs, it is impossible because of the sound. Hotel can do well if maintained properly. Asked for packed breakfast at 0530 hrs which was refused by staff saying please have breakfast at 0600 hrs and leave.
