The hotel is run very efficiently, and the rooms are clear. About the safety standards, of-course they're some of the best i've seen in varanasi. From temperatureal checking to sanitation, everything is perfect, totally!

Room was clean and clear. My personal experience is not good. AC cooling was slow and many drinker was stay in night and they were doing noise, singing, and sounding.

In last two month. I went twice in Utsav residency very helpful staff Ghanshyam pandey on of them hotel is located on city center in lanka food is good.

The stay here was good. The location is close to lanka gate, bhu. The staffs here are very cooperative and ac rooms were quite clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
